Transportation Endorsement — Grande Prairie
WSBCAccepted in BC workplacesA one-day course that prepares first aid attendants to move, package and transport injured or ill workers to provincial standards. Attendants are trained and assessed on patient handling, spinal immobilization and coordinating with emergency medical services.

Prerequisites
Minimum age 16 · Government-issued photo ID · Current WSBC-recognized (Basic or Intermediate) or equivalent first aid certificate · Appropriate work clothing · Physically able to perform floor-work and first aid activities
Completion & certification
To receive your credentials you must attend and complete the entirety of the course and complete all the necessary components as required by the course provider.

Important: Your Transportation Endorsement is only valid while you also hold a current, unexpired first aid certificate — WSBC-recognized (Basic, Intermediate, or higher) or an approved equivalent. If your first aid certificate lapses, your Transportation Endorsement is no longer valid until it is renewed.
