About Alpha Training Solutions

Keeping crews safe since 1997. Now every learner gets it.

We built our name doing the work — in confined spaces, on wellsites, and at the plant gates across Northern BC and Alberta. That experience became the Alpha standard, and the AI instructor scales it — so every learner is held to the same bar, in person or online.

Where we come from

Built in the field, not a classroom.

Alpha started inside Alpha Safety — at one point the largest medic operation in Fort St. John, with medics across the province and a supplied-air (SABA) air division. Employers trusted us because our people had done the job, not just taught it.

That reputation is the foundation of everything here. When we built an AI instructor, we didn’t train it on textbooks — we built it to the Alpha standard: nearly three decades of what we know keeps crews safe. Our instructors deliver that standard in the room; the AI delivers the same standard one-on-one, to everyone. Same bar, every time.

How the credential works

Competence, verified — not attendance.

On our AI-delivered courses, every decision a learner makes is logged and independently assessed. In person, an independent assessor signs off in the room. Either way, the certificate means the work was proven — and an employer can pull the record any time.
