Minimum age 16 · Government-issued photo ID · Current WSBC Basic or Intermediate (or equivalent) first aid certificate · Appropriate work clothing · Medical and physical ability to perform floor-work and first aid activities

Important: Your Transportation Endorsement is only valid while you also hold a current, unexpired first aid certificate — WSBC-recognized (Basic, Intermediate, or higher) or an approved equivalent. If your first aid certificate lapses, your Transportation Endorsement is no longer valid until it is renewed.

How long is the Transportation Endorsement good for?
3 years. To work as a first aid attendant (transport), you need a valid TE and a valid Basic or Intermediate certificate. Advanced First Aid already includes it. Check your own dates →
