Basic First Aid - Blended
After registration, you will receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross to complete the online portion of the course. The only portion MUST be completed before attending the half-day in-person training.
This course is a must-have, as it meets the requirements for the Federal or Provincial Authority Having Jurisdiction over first aid training for the workplace. Additionally, the course content meets the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standard Z1210 for Basic first aid training. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

How long is Basic First Aid - Blended valid for?
The certificate is valid for 36 months from the course completion date, after which recertification is required.
How is the course delivered?
It's blended: the theory is completed online at your own pace, followed by a short in-person session to practise and be assessed. Less time off work, same certification.
