Snowmobile Safety

This hands-on snowmobile safety course prepares riders to operate a machine safely and confidently in a range of conditions. Learners are trained and assessed on controls and safety equipment, pre-drive inspections, braking and emergency maneuvers, and skills like hill climbing, obstacle navigation, and hauling cargo. It is ideal for anyone whose employer or manufacturer requires proof of competency.

Prerequisites

At least 16 years of age · Approved helmet, eye protection, gloves, and weather-appropriate clothing · Government-issued photo ID · Access to a snowmobile (Alpha can supply)

Completion & certification

To receive your credentials you must attend and complete the entirety of the course and complete all the necessary components as required by the course provider.
