Before you start

Is your certificate a workplace first aid certificate?

An OOJ ticket can only be issued on a certificate that the regulator of the issuing province accepts as workplace first aid certification. A community or recreational first aid or CPR card doesn’t qualify — and we can’t issue against one, even after you’ve completed the package and paid.

Check yours first — it takes two minutes:

Alberta — approved workplace first aid training (OHS FA018) ↗Certificate issued in Alberta? Confirm your provider and course are on this list.
Yukon — WSCB-approved first aid training agencies ↗Certificate issued in Yukon? Confirm your training agency appears here.
