This practical Bear Aware course teaches prevention, encounter response, and safe use of inert bear spray for anyone who spends time in bear country. Learners are trained and assessed on recognizing bear behaviour and risk factors, making safer decisions, and handling bear spray through hands-on practice. It suits both workers and outdoor enthusiasts.
