Fall Protection Authorized Person Essentials
A half-day introduction to working safely at height for workers who use a personal fall restraint or arrest system at an established, approved anchor point. The course covers the principles of fall protection and the essential components of a basic system — what each part does, how it fits together, and where its limits are. It is the practical minimum for a worker who works at height in one known situation with equipment that has already been selected for them, and it is the prerequisite for our Heights Rescue courses. Delivered by a 3M-certified instructor and issued as a 3M credential recognized in BC and Alberta.
